First off...THANK YOU to everyone who supported our store through our online sale.  We truly appreciate you all!

If you placed an order during our Black Friday sale we will get them to you as soon as possible.  We have a large number of DTF's to print so it will take us a couple of days to get everything ready for pick up or shipping.  Please be patient as we work through all of the orders.

As always, you will receive an email as soon as we have your order ready to pick up.

If you would like it faster you can purchase the Rush Fee.  With the Rush Fee you are guaranteed to get it within 24hrs. 

Rush Fee does not mean you will receive it same day. 

Please make sure that your entire DTF design is transparent.  We have had a lot of orders lately with white backgrounds.  We print the designs as they are sent to us.  We will no longer call to get a new file. 

 

SHIPPING UPDATE: 

We are recommending that you use UPS to ship if you need to get your items in a timely manner.  Unfortunately USPS is losing packages and just taking forever to deliver items.  Remember once it has left our store we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.

This item will give you a chance to use the same frame but customize 2 wooden inserts for up to 4 holidays or special occasions.
